Yes. Download is free, the catalog is free to browse, and your first personalised card is on us. After that you pay €0.49 per personalisation (in credit packs) or subscribe for €6.99/month with a 7-day free trial.

What’s the difference between Simple Magic and Advanced Magic?

Simple Magic takes an existing template and swaps the placeholder name for your recipient’s — 1 credit, about a second. Advanced Magic paints a brand-new card with the style, motifs, mood and length you choose — a few credits, about ten seconds.

How is my data protected?

Accepted Answer

Magic Wishes runs on EU-resident infrastructure (Frankfurt). You don’t need to create an account to send cards. Recipient names you enter stay private; only you see your contacts and history. Account & data deletion is a two-tap flow.

Which languages are supported?

German and English at launch, with identical experiences across DACH, the US, Canada and the UK. More European languages are on the roadmap.

Do unused credits expire?

Accepted Answer

No. Credits never expire and roll over month-to-month, even on the subscription. Whatever you bought stays yours.

What if a generation fails?

Credits are automatically refunded if anything goes wrong — a failed generation, a quality-gate reject, a network blip. You only ever pay for the cards you actually send.

Is Magic Wishes accessible?

Yes. Every primary text pair meets WCAG AAA contrast. Tap targets are big enough for fingers that aren’t 25 anymore. The app respects iOS / Android dynamic-type and dark-mode preferences out of the box.
